What we handle for companies
Airport transfers to and from Schiphol and Rotterdam Airport are the core: employees leaving on a trip, and guests or colleagues arriving who need to be met with their name on a sign.
Beyond that: rides between offices and meetings in the region, transport around conferences and events, and standing arrangements for people who travel on a fixed schedule.
Invoicing and administration
Business accounts are invoiced monthly, with each ride listed separately so it can be allocated to a project, department or cost centre. Our company details, including the Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, are on the invoice and in the site footer.
Guest pickups
For arriving guests we ask for the flight number and the guest's name and mobile number. The driver checks the actual landing time, waits in the arrival hall and contacts the guest directly if needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can we get a monthly invoice?
Yes. Rides are collected on one invoice per month, itemised per ride.
Can you meet a guest in the arrival hall?
Yes, with the guest's name on a sign. Give us the flight number so the driver is there at the real landing time.
Do you handle recurring rides?
Yes, a standing arrangement with fixed times can be set up so you do not have to book each time.
Who do we contact?
The same person every time, by phone, WhatsApp or email — this is a small local company, not a dispatch centre.
